Partnership Gwinnett, in collaboration with The Council for Quality Growth, announced the winners of the 2020 Metro Atlanta Redevelopment Summit (MARS) Awards today during the first virtual event hosted on vLink.  

Presented by Georgia Power, the Metro Atlanta Redevelopment Summit is the premier redevelopment event in the Atlanta region, bringing together more than 300 developers, commercial real estate brokers, elected officials, business leaders and community development experts. The summit offers guests an exclusive look at the region’s current redevelopment projects as well as insight into trends and best practices in the industry. 

“Redevelopment is vital to the smart growth of a community,” said Gwinnett County Commission Chair Charlotte Nash. “This event is always a great regional overview of redevelopment both big and small and honoring those projects leading the way.”  

The MARS Awards recognize outstanding redevelopment projects in the region, along with one individual, for their commitment and exceptional redevelopment work in metro Atlanta.

Partnership Gwinnett and the Council for Quality Growth presented the following winners and runners-up recognizing redevelopment projects in our region: 

  • 2020 Small Redevelopment Award Winner – Braselton Brewing Company
     
  • 2020 Medium Redevelopment Award Winner – 725 Ponce 
     
  • 2020 Large Redevelopment Award Winner – Lawrenceville South Lawn
