Redevelopment Council

With a limited amount of greenfield land left that is appropriate for development, redevelopment in communities with existing infrastructure is, of necessity, the dominant form of growth for the future. Recognizing this imperative, the Redevelopment Task Force was formed to help guide planning and facilitating for responsible and innovative redevelopment in Gwinnett County. Student Teacher Achievement Recognition Luncheon (STAR)

The Student Teacher Achievement Recognition (STAR) program begins each year in participating high schools throughout Georgia when the STAR student is named and chooses a STAR teacher to share in this recognition. STAR students and their teachers are honored by the Chamber at a luncheon recognizing district winners.

New Company Reception

The New Company Reception is an annual invitation-only event that brings together companies that have expanded in or moved to Gwinnett County during the past 12 months. It provides an opportunity for companies to introduce themselves and share the details of their growth and expansion. This is also an exclusive meet-and-greet for Partnership Gwinnett Investors and new companies.

Movers & Makers Awards

The annual Movers & Makers Awards recognize exceptional Gwinnett-based businesses in the manufacturing and supply chain management industries. Past winners include WestRock, WIKA Instrument, LP, Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating, Suniva, Gwinnett Technical College, National DCP and Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration.

The Intern Mix

This unique, one of a kind event gives employers the opportunity to introduce their organization’s interns to Gwinnett County in an out-of-office setting. LEAN Breakfast Club

Through excellent, engaging speakers, this event highlights topics that are current and relevant to the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Industries through LEAN practices. The LEAN Breakfast Club is an exclusive invite-only breakfast event that is hosted at manufacturing and supply chain companies located in Gwinnett County. In addition to the program, a tour of the company’s facility will immediately follow.
