As Director of Innovation at Georgia-Pacific, he led groundbreaking AI initiatives in supply chain optimization, workforce development, and enterprise-wide digital transformation. Ron is a pioneer in AI-driven digital agents and knowledge retention systems — technologies that are now redefining how companies learn, grow, and compete.
Since retiring from Georgia-Pacific, Ron founded Advanced Innovation Management, or AIM—a firm that helps businesses of all sizes achieve transformation through strategic innovation, operational excellence, and market-driven solutions.
Ron holds multiple patents, was the architect behind the world’s first commercial audio and video streaming service, and—fun fact—is also a guest DJ on Sirius XM’s Radio Margaritaville.
