Dr. Joshua A. Thomason

Dr. Joshua A. Thomason, CPA, MBA, is an accomplished strategist and visionary within the AI and education space, whose work fuses cutting-edge technological insight with educational expertise. He earned his Doctor of Education from Johns Hopkins University, where he centered his studies upon entrepreneurial leadership in education, and both his MBA and BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His early career in finance—including roles at Grant Thornton, The Home Depot, and Tandus Flooring (now Tarkett)—laid a strong foundation for his innovative approach to leadership and strategic decision-making.

At Greater Atlanta Christian School, where he also currently serves as CFO, Dr. Thomason has been instrumental in redefining educational paradigms and operational strategy. As the Executive Director of Ethos School—an innovative online school created under the GAC umbrella—he pioneered the development of TREK-AI, an AI-driven tutor and teacher support tool that delivers personalized learning experiences and has driven a 15% improvement in student outcomes across a rapidly growing network of over 80 partner schools worldwide. Now poised to extend this visionary work into the realm of manufacturing and workforce development, Dr. Thomason brings decades of leadership in both education and finance to the stage. His expertise in leveraging AI to drive smarter decision-making and foster continuous learning will reshape how organizations approach workforce training and operational excellence.
