Dr. Joshua A. Thomason, CPA, MBA, is a transformative leader at the intersection of artificial intelligence, education, and workforce strategy. With a Doctor of Education from Johns Hopkins University focused on entrepreneurial leadership in education, and both his MBA and BS from Georgia Tech, Dr. Thomason has built a career that combines financial expertise with visionary thinking.
Currently serving as CFO of Greater Atlanta Christian School and Executive Director of Ethos School, he led the creation of TREK AI, an intelligent learning platform now used in over 80 partner schools across the globe. This adaptive tool has improved student outcomes by 15% while modeling scalable, personalized upskilling. His work speaks directly to the talent development challenges facing today’s employers.
Dr. Thomason’s experience includes leadership in finance, corporate strategy, and talent development, with prior roles at The Home Depot, Grant Thornton, and Tarkett. At this year’s Workforce Forum, he will explore how artificial intelligence can transform training, retention, and sector-specific skills building in fields like manufacturing, supply chain, health sciences, IT, and professional services.
