Lisa Brown

Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer, Primerica, Inc.

Lisa Brown is an accomplished global business executive with over thirty-two years of progressive leadership and human resources experience. In her current role, she serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for Primerica Inc., since October 2024, after previously serving as Chief Administrative Officer from October 2020 to October 2024.

As part of Primerica’s Senior Executive Team, she reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy, driving cultural transformation, talent development and succession planning for employees in the US & Canada. Lisa also has executive oversight to drive the engagement strategy for the company’s sales force’s five Strategic Market Business Cohorts: African American Leadership Council, Hispanic American Leadership Council, Asian Pacific Islander Leadership Council, Women in Primerica and Partnerships.

Prior to joining Primerica, Ms. Brown held various executive leadership positions at Delta Air Lines for more than twenty-one years serving in various executive level human resources and operations support functions.

Lisa earned her B.S. in Human Resources Administration from Michigan State University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. She is dedicated to mentoring emerging leaders and actively participates in community initiatives, including fundraising for the Salvation Army and the American Cancer Society. She engages in several board affiliations to include Cool Girls Inc., and in 2024, she was inducted to the board of Junior Achievement of Georgia. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, she resides in the Atlanta metropolitan area with her fiancée and adult daughter.
