Our Talent Council is what we call a “convening of minds.” We bring together changemakers from local industry and education to review global trends and adapt them for our schools. But why is this type of collaboration so crucial?

The Talent Council is a diverse advisory board convened by Partnership Gwinnett. Its mission:
- Close critical talent gaps by identifying emerging skills and workforce needs.
- Strengthen ties between Gwinnett County Public Schools, the largest school district in Georgia with over 175,000 students.
- Guide career readiness initiatives like internships, upskilling, and youth engagement programs.
