Dr. Stephen Kamanú Ichatha

Dr. Stephen Kamanú Ichatha is a Seasoned Technologist and Organizational Behavior expert with decades of working experience in Corporate Fortune 50 companies, Higher Tech Education, and Behavioral Research.

Dr. Ichatha works for Google where he’s currently responsible for
driving Machine Learning New Product Introduction and Deployment at scale i.e. allow all of you to access Gemini and have it solve all your business challenges. Academically, Dr. Ichatha’s research interests are in Employee Empowerment and Psychological Contracts.

Additionally, for almost 20 years, Dr. Ichatha has been a guest lecturer and visiting professor in both Kenya and US universities delivering Technology, Organizational Behavior, Research, and upskilling courses. Over the years, Dr. Ichatha has been recognized for leadership, business impact, community contributions, and mentorship.

Dr. Ichatha resides in Alpharetta, U.S.A. with his wife Peggy, and their children Chelsea and Chase.
