This position leads Partnership Gwinnett’s research and community development efforts.

The Manager, Workforce Solutions will lead the implementation of our Talent Development strategy. With a focus on our five target sectors, they support local workforce development efforts and advance solutions that solve workforce challenges for Gwinnett businesses through connectivity, communication, and collaboration. In addition, the Manager, Workforce Solutions partners with the business development team to provide support on recruitment and retention projects by connecting Gwinnett County businesses to local, State, and Federal workforce partners.
