Project Description
Sugar Hill made that strategic move in the summer of 2016 when the city broke ground on what would become the catalyst to downtown growth, the E Center. The E Center boasts a 387-seat performing arts theater, gymnasium along with 43,000 sq. ft. of restaurant, retail, office and meeting space, all overlooking The Bowl. The facility opened in early 2019.
